Pamela Jackson

Pamela is a business consultant with the Louisiana Small Business Development Center at Southern University Shreveport.  She specializes in financial modeling, business development, and strategic planning.  Pamela has over 20 years of customer service experience, at financial institutions such Bank of America and Resource One Credit Union, Aflac Supplemental Insurance and the United States Postal Service. As a proud member of the Armed Services, she served our country in the first Gulf War as a soldier in the United States Army.

Pamela has also owned two small businesses, a photography company and tow truck service. She has earned an A.A.S. degree in Graphic Design from Brookhaven College in Richardson, TX, a B.A. in Historical Studies from University of Texas at Dallas, and a M.S. in Criminal Justice from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX.  Her most recent work as a middle school teacher in the public-school system has prepared her for the role of Training Coordinator and was recently promoted to a Business Consultant where she intends to be a resource and “problem solver” for every client.
